JCI Secretariat submitted the declaration to the UNFCCC secretariat along with the 171 signatories on October 29 and then it was officially admitted as an input to the Talanoa Dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The Talanoa Dialogue will be held in COP24 convened in Katowice, Poland this December as a valuable opportunity to discuss possible enhancement of ambition, expressed in nationally determined contributions (NDCs) that each country communicated to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement.
